You cannot update or modify:

• Your name details
• Your date of birth
• The account currency
• The country of residence

Although we have stringent security checks, it is your responsibility to keep your login details and personal information safe and secure. The best way to prevent your account being hacked is to regularly change your password and not to save your username and password on the site. Never share your credentials with anyone and use devices that have the latest protection software installed.

For security reasons, our system may block your account if it detects that you're attempting to login from outside of Australia or New Zealand. If you can access your account, please note that you are responsible for remaining compliant with the laws of the country that you are betting from.

Transaction History

The Transactions function offers you a method of viewing Deposits (money paid into Unibet), Withdrawals (money paid back to your bank account/s) and an account Summary that includes a list of all transactions affecting a running account balance.

This is useful for identifying and monitoring and credits and debits made to your Unibet account.

Unibet will issue an annual statement 12 months after your account registration anniversary. A system message will notify you when this is available where you can download it as a pdf document.
