Deposit Limit

This lets you control how much money you can deposit over a rolling period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Once you’ve hit your limit, you won’t be able to deposit until your limit resets.

How it works:

If you set a deposit limit of $100 every 7 days and then deposit $100, you won’t be able deposit any further money until the 7 days is up.

Setting a deposit limit is an essential part of managing your play.

How do I take a break?

If your betting is having a negative impact and the limits you’ve set are not doing enough to control your play, please block yourself from logging in for as long as you feel necessary.

Time Out

This option is ideal if you want a short-term break: 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, 6 weeks or 3 months. We won’t notify you when your break comes to an end, but your account will automatically reactivate.

How it works:

You’ll choose how long you want to take a break for and accept the terms and conditions. Once you’ve confirmed the break, you will be logged out of your account and blocked from logging in again until the break is over.

Self-Exclusion

Our self-exclusion option lets you block access to your account for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, or 5 years. You’ll need to call us to reactivate your account.

How it works:

You’ll choose how long you want to exclude for and accept the terms and conditions. Once you’ve confirmed the break, you’ll be logged out of your account and blocked from logging in again until the exclusion period is over.
