No – you can only have one account. If we detect the same user has two accounts open, we may have to suspend both while we investigate. Please don't create a Unibet account if you think you already have one - you can retrieve your old login details easily by clicking the 'Forgot?' link in the login box. Alternatively, please contact us and we can check this for you.

We aim to settle bets as quickly as possible (within a few minutes), although sometimes we have to wait for official confirmation of the result. Pre-match bets are settled at the end of the game, whereas live action bets are settled as soon as the outcome is known.  In rare occasions there may be a slight delay - please contact us if you've been waiting more than 2 hours for a payout.

There are various reasons why your account may be blocked, but in some circumstances you can fix this issue yourself. If you've been blocked due to entering your password incorrectly, this should just be a temporary block and you can still gain access to your account by clicking 'Forgot?' in the login box and resetting your password. 

Your account may also be blocked due to a self-exclusion period. In this case, our support agents cannot reopen your account early, so please wait until your self-exclusion comes to an end before you contact us.

Click ‘My Bets’ under ‘Gaming Activity’ in My Account, and you’ll be taken to your Betting History. Here you can view the results of all your past bets. Those still awaiting a result will be marked ‘Open’. Any bets won should be settled within a few minutes – occasionally it may take a little longer as we wait for official confirmation of the result.
