How do I change the odds format?
You can click the odds format dropdown that can be found at the bottom of any sportsbook page.
Why do odds change on the bet slip?
Odds may change while you place a live bet, but we will always confirm new odds with you first. Action bets (e.g. a bet on the next point in tennis) may also close before you place them.
Why is my bet pending approval?
All bets onsite need to be approved either by the system or manually by the traders. If you receive a stake limit when placing a bet, this means it needs to be manually approved by the traders. This could be for a number of reasons, including a large change in odds or a restriction on the market. Bets are accepted at traders discretion.
This shouldn't be confused with a bet with a "pending" status in your bet history. If a bet is listed in your bet history, this bet is pending an outcome for the event and has already been processed by the bookmakers.
Can I bet on a sports event?
Sure you can, as long as we offer odds. Browse the sports in the side menu of the Sports lobby, or use the search bar to find a team, player or league.
