“Should be at peak for this and hard to hold out late.”
DONCASTER MILE – Randwick Race 9 #2 I’m Thunderstruck (5.50) (in below tweet)
Did enough at two runs back from a spell and then finished strongly to run second behind Zaaki in the All-Star Mile.
Won the Toorak Handicap over the distance in October and has won 3 from 4 in the wet.
Should be at peak for this and hard to hold out late.
AUSTRALIAN DERBY – Randwick Race 7 #1 Hitotsu (3.70) (in below tweet)
Has won 3 from 4 since being transferred to the Maher/Eustace stable including the Victoria Derby before resuming last start and winning the Australian Guineas.
Would not have been fully wound up first up, so should have benefited from that win.
Winner at only go on wet and looks hard to beat.

TJ SMITH Stakes – Randwick Race 8 #6 Shelby Sixtysix (6.50)
The trifecta from The Challenge Stakes clash again here with Eduardo (3.70), Shelby Sixtysix and Nature Strip (2.80) stepping up from 1000m to 1200m.
Shelby Sixtysix has been the surprise packet of the Autumn Carnival winning 3 from his last four starts including the Group 1 Galaxy last start.
Connections have elected to pay a late entry fee of $55,000 to go around in this.
Plenty of runners with wet form here and should be a great race but hard to tip anything with any confidence.
Can fan favourite Shelby Sixtysix keep its incredible momentum going?

BEST – Bendigo Race 2 #16 Streeto (2.05)
Put a gap on them at second run back when winning at Sandown Hillside last start.
Stable has a knack of keeping their horses racing at peak once they strike form and should be making it two in a row here.
VALUE – Eagle Farm Race 7 #11 Rayjen (10.00)
Trialled well leading into this and looks to get a good run in behind the leaders and represents good each way value (10.00, 3.20) at the double figure quote.
LAY – Eagle Farm Race 8 #5 Kisukano (2.10)
Not beaten far when resuming for 3rd last start at the Gold Coast but there are a few here that go well and can’t really justify the 2.10 on offer at the moment being any value.
Happy to risk at those odds.
BEST BACKED – Eagle Farm Race 2 #6 Boom Court (4.60) (in below tweet)
Punters believe Desleigh’s 2YO gelding can go one better this prep after giving a good sight here first up.
Extra furlong looks to suit and he’s been backed into 4.60 from an opening quote of 7.00.
One ride, one win for Victorian-based hoop @TheBeeegan at @BrisRacingClub aboard HANG FIVE. I wonder if we'll see Billy in the @odearacing silks up in the Sunshine State more often? #QLDisRacing pic.twitter.com/IP4ndLHbvY
