A sideshow to the NBA playoffs which has captured a lot of attention has been the ongoing trolling between NBA commentators and league legends Shaq and Charles Barkley.
The pair have been furiously trolling each other for sleeping on the job during their network's coverage of the NBA post-season.
As one Twitter user succinctly pointed out, it’s the only time when sleeping on the job is turned into ‘content’!

Definitely a ‘cut’ above the rest for sure!

2 – Football – Manchester United sunk by Spain’s yellow submarine

Manchester United’s trophy hunt was sunk by Spain’s Yellow Submarine in one of the most dramatic finals in Europa League history.
Villareal denied the Red Devils Europe's second tier trophy after edging the English giants 11-10 in a pulsating penalty shoot-out after scores were locked at 1-1 at the end of regulation and extra-time.
It was penalty perfection for the Spaniards who kicked 11 straight from the spot while United kicked 10 straight before goal-keeper’s David De Gea’s unfortunate missed penalty handed the Yellow Submarine the title.

1 – Football – Chelsea’s Champions League glory

London club Chelsea lifted the Champions League trophy for the second time after edging raging hot favourites Manchester City in an all-English Champions League Final in Portugal.
Kai Havertz slotted home the solitary goal in an engrossing final which saw the Blues capture their first Champions League title since 2011-12.
Ecstasy for Chelsea but pain for City who were chasing a treble of trophies.

The Brentford Bees are also buzzing with The Championship club earning promotion to the Premier League after a 2-0 win over Swansea.
It’s their first time in the top-flight for 74 years and they are the 50th club to have been promoted to the Premier League.
It will be a financial windfall for the club with the Premier League promotion worth an estimated $255 million.
