Punter Wins Close To $10,000 With Successful Multi

March 4, 2019

Our Punter of the Week is PB, from Sydney, who walked away more than $9,000 richer after landing a Top Fluc treble at Saturday’s Flemington meeting.

Kicking things off in Race 3, our punter watched on as an assured ride from Damien Oliver saw She’s So High to victory in the Bob Hoysted Handicap down the straight in her first race appearance since claiming the Proud Miss Stakes on Goodwood day in Adelaide last year.

Moving on to the Australian Guineas, it was filly Mystic Journey who got the job done to leave most of Tasmania celebrating, registering her fifth consecutive win by an impressive 2 ¼ lengths over a capable field.

Indeed, it was the Oliver/Price combination to the fore again in the last, with consistent mare Oregon’s Day fending off favourite Clarice Cliffs in the final furlong to go one better in the Tressady Stakes having finished second behind Flippant twelve months ago.

Bet Details:
She’s So High (Top Fluc - $2.30)
Mystic Journey (Top Fluc - $5.50)
Oregon’s Day (Top Fluc - $7.50)

Odds: $94.87

Nice work PB!
