Staking $200 on the treble, our punter watched on as Ben Melham drove Grinzinger Allee to the lead in the opening event, Jason Warren’s charge putting paid to his rivals around the bend and being eased down near the line as he made a winning debut on the track.

Sticking with the same trainer-jockey combination in Race 3, RT saw Sebsilk produce an eye-catching run from well back in the field to finish second behind favourite Dragon Ball and fulfil his Place requirement.

Thereafter, it was left to Our Sunny Girl to complete the bet, the 4YO mare finishing off for third behind runaway winner Annarbor in the fifth race having also been backed to run a Place.
