Our Punter of the Week is SS, from Victoria, who walked away more than $6,000 richer after landing a cross-state gallops treble on Monday afternoon.
Kicking things off in the first at Seymour, our punter watched on as Noel Callow piloted Dreamwalker to victory, the filly emerging with a strong run down the centre of the track to beat home favourites Demilitarized and Don’t Wait.
From there it was off to the Riverina where our punter’s pick, Jounama Gold, claimed the opener at Wagga and broke his maiden status at his 17th career start having proven rather costly for punters over the preceding six months.
Indeed, our punter had Callow to thank for completing the bet, the seasoned jockey on hand to boot Chris Meagher’s May Be Fate to a popular win in the third event at Seymour.
