Our Punter of the Week is GS, from NSW, who won close to $10,000 after putting on an exotic clinic on Saturday’s thoroughbred racing action.

Kicking things off in Brisbane, our punter stood out Boom Chicka Boom in his exacta in Race 4 and watched on as Michael Cahill led all the way, with Stellar Power getting up for second to ensure a $2,015 return for his $50 investment.

Some 45 minutes later our punter was in business again, with Damian Lane emerging from behind a wall of horses on I Boogi to gun down The Great Artiste in the shadows of the post in the fifth event at The Valley. A $25 investment on that particular exacta ensured a collect of $4,115 courtesy of a STAB dividend of $164.60.

Throwing some of his winnings on a quaddie at Doomben, our punter included several runners in each race for a total of 72 individual combinations; following earlier wins to Spending My Time and Six Sigma, a race-to-race double by Ryan Maloney aboard Tarzan and Auerbach saw our punter hold a winning combination and a return of $3,955.70.
